Job Description
Trillium Construction is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews on a long-term, utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Flagstaff, AZ.
The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for supervising and directing a crew of approximately 10 Journeymen and Apprentice Electricians, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a crew of approximately 10 electricians, including Journeymen and Apprentices.
- Oversee electrical installation and site work associated with utility-scale BESS projects.
- Coordinate daily work activities and ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Maintain strict compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA requirements.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
- Communicate daily progress, jobsite issues, and project updates to management and project leadership.
- Help coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and daily production activities.
- Provide direction and support to electricians in the field.
Requirements
- Qualifications
- Proven experience working as an Electrical Foreman on commercial, industrial, renewable energy, or utility-scale projects.
- Direct BESS experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical construction and jobsite safety.
- Previous experience supervising and managing electrical crews.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong commitment to safety, productivity, and quality workmanship.
