Journeyman Electrician

360X Staffing is hiring for Journeyman Electricians in Goodyear, AZ.

We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to support conveyor system installation, wiring, and commissioning activities within a fast-paced data center and distribution environment. This position requires a highly skilled electrician with strong industrial electrical experience and the ability to work safely while meeting strict project schedules and quality standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote a safety-first culture and follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform electrical construction work on commercial and industrial projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, specifications, and electrical plans
• Determine the best installation methods, tools, equipment, and materials for each project
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit
• Install cable trays, duct banks, conduit supports, and weld supports as needed
• Pull wire and install electrical wiring for lighting, power, and control systems
• Install electrical distribution equipment, panels, switchgear, and control devices
• Make electrical terminations and connections
• Test, troubleshoot, and start up electrical systems to ensure proper operation and safety
• Inspect completed installations, identify potential hazards, and make necessary repairs or adjustments
• Diagnose and repair defective electrical equipment and systems

• Strong industrial electrical experience
• Ability to work safely while meeting strict project schedules and quality standards
