That includes job browsing, account flows, resume tools, employer workflows, and staff operations.

Why parity matters

Workers and employers already understand the current flows. This migration is designed to keep those expectations stable while reducing PHP/runtime coupling.

Operationally sensitive behaviors such as payments, uploads, and resume search remain MySQL-first and compatibility-first in phase 1.
